XLA Honors

Annually, XLA industry members participate in the XLA Airline Excellence Survey, evaluating the performance of each XLA airline member in four difference categories: communication, service, website and technology and overall value.

The survey results determine the XLA Airline Excellence Awards: Excellence in Web & Technology, Most Improved Airline, International Airline of the Year and Domestic Airline of the Year. Each airline is also provided with a review of their results so improvements can be made.

XLA Awards

Matt Groppe, XLA Airline Liaison Committee Chair, presented the 2010 Airline Excellence Awards during XLA’s membership meeting at AirCargo 2011.

     2010 International Airline of the Year: United Cargo
     2010 Excellence in Web & Technology: Southwest Cargo
     2010 Most Improved Airline: American Airlines Cargo
