XLA members represent all aspects of the express delivery, postal and logistics industry, from "industry members" who are engaged in the expedited, door-to-door delivery of high-priority shipments both domestically and internationally. To our airline and consultant members, to associate members who provide services and products utilized by the express operators.

Networking with the Big Players
XLA provides a place for companies large and small to come together and discuss business, regulations and other industry topics at a high level. You may join other associations and go to their meetings and meet lots of new contacts, but at XLA you can interact with top execs, decision makers and key players in the industry and have a real conversation and pick each other’s brain to help move your company and the industry to the next level!

Access to the Carriers
Airline carriers have been a part of XLA for many years. Members have direct access to the carriers at the very top levels. If members have issues that can’t be resolved at the local level, they have access through their XLA membership to make their voice heard and see results. At least once a year, members sit around a table with top carrier execs and discuss what’s worked, what could be improved and what’s coming with the carriers. Where else can you have a direct impact on the direction a carrier is going, nowhere else but XLA!
 

XLA is goverend by a board of directors representing all segments of membership. The Board works closely with the XLA Headquarters staff and the XLA Committees to accomplish the goals set out by the Board.
